いつもお世話になっております、ネクストエンジンAPIについてエラーが発生しているのですが、原因がわからないため質問をさせていただきます。

#状況

・ログインのIDPWに間違いはなく、ログイン自体は成功している

・リフレッシュトークンの取得も正常に完了している

・取得項目は下記の通り

・取得開始位置(offset)は0

・wait_flagは1

・検索条件に「receive_order_row_last_modified_newest_date-gte」を指定した場合、即座に応答が帰ってくる程度の件数

・同じ日付で「receive_order_row_stock_allocation_date-gte」を指定すると、エラーとなる

・エラーとなったとき、レスポンスが一切ないため、メッセージコードも判明しない状況

・1分経過した時点で強制的に遮断されたような動作をしている

上記の状態で、現在も続いています。

正常にアクセスできるときもあるのですが、頻繁にエラーが発生するため、お問い合わせさせていただきます。
